Retained Search – a client chooses a firm to to represent their external search interests while searching for an ideal candidate.
Customized Retained Search – Fee is split into two parts: one at beginning of the search, and the second when the search has been successfully completed.
Contingency Search – Sometimes described as a No Win, No Fee search. This means we’ll perform a search for a candidate at no cost, until that candidate accepts a position with one of our clients.
